Who is a frontline & back office hero?
These employees act as an organization’s figurehead. They are therefore the first point of contact both internally and externally. They usually work at their (own) desk, but occasionally they also work at a different workplace: for example, in the conference room during a meeting with customers. Customer orientation and multitasking, where similar and repetitive tasks are often performed, are typical for this profile.
